Costamp has decided to sponsor the youth football sector of Futball Cava Ronco with the supply of two sets of complete jerseys for the men’s Under 16 category which in 2021-22 will compete in the regional FIGC championship.
In 2021 a double effect oleodynamic press was installed in Costamp, main force is 1200 tons and the lower cushion is 500 tons. The press has a bench with important dimensions: 3000×3200 mm and a gap between bench and slide of 1800 mm.
Starting from June 2018 Costamp Managment decided to end the internal laser cutting processes in order to concentrate the workforce in the construction of molds that remains the true “core business”. The cutting machine has been sold to an italian company that works in the sheet metal cutting and bending sector.

It’s a machinary for assembling a screw to a base plate. This machinery has a two feeding systems with vibration cups for each component and a rotation table with eight stations. In these eight station will be performed the following operations:
1) Loading of base plate
2) Fillet rework
3) Loading of the screw
4) Assembly of the screw to the base plate
5) Quality check for screwing and scraps evacuation
